Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Used or opened products

Proof of purchase is required to complete all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a standard processing timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info.auraliswellness@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will not be included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
